Algemene Voorwaarden
These Terms of Service govern your use of In Galop. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. In Galop is a playful educational adventure where children learn through interactive activities, challenges, and caring for a virtual pony.
1. Who Can Use In Galop
In Galop accounts must be created and managed by an adult. By creating a family account, you confirm you are legally permitted to do so, and that you take responsibility for your children's use of the app.
2. Creating an Account
Sign in using Apple, Google, or email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and notifying us if your account is compromised.
3. Family Profiles
A family account may include child profiles using a nickname, learning level, and language preference. The account holder is responsible for managing profiles appropriately.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features are available via subscription through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or the In Galop website. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the app, use In Galop for unlawful purposes, or interfere with its security or operation. We may restrict access if these Terms are violated.
7. Intellectual Property
All In Galop content — characters, stories, adventures, illustrations, educational materials, and branding — is owned by or licensed to In Galop. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Service Availability
We work to keep In Galop reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, In Galop is not liable for service interruptions, third-party issues, or misuse. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op het gebruik van In Galop. Door een account aan te maken ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden. In Galop biedt een speelse leeromgeving waar kinderen vaardigheden oefenen via avonturen, uitdagingen en hun virtuele pony.
1. Wie mag In Galop gebruiken?
In Galop-accounts moeten worden aangemaakt en beheerd door een volwassene. Door een gezinsaccount aan te maken bevestig je bevoegd te zijn om dit te doen en verantwoordelijk te zijn voor het gebruik door kinderen in je gezin.
2. Account aanmaken
Inloggen via Apple, Google of e-mail en wachtwoord. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beveiligen van je inloggegevens en voor het melden als je account is gecompromitteerd.
3. Gezinsprofielen
Een gezinsaccount kan kinderprofielen bevatten met een bijnaam, leerniveau en taalvoorkeur. De accountbeheerder is verantwoordelijk voor het juiste beheer van profielen.

5. Abonnementen en betalingen
Premium functies zijn beschikbaar via abonnement via de Apple App Store, Google Play Store of de In Galop-website. Abonnementen worden automatisch verlengd tenzij opgezegd. Beheer abonnementen via je Apple- of Google-accountinstellingen.
6. Toegestaan gebruik
Je stemt ermee in om niet: onbevoegde toegang te proberen, de app te reverse-engineeren, In Galop voor onwettige doeleinden te gebruiken, of de beveiliging of werking te verstoren. Bij schending van deze voorwaarden kunnen wij de toegang beperken.
7. Intellectueel eigendom
Alle In Galop-inhoud — personages, verhalen, avonturen, illustraties, educatieve materialen en huisstijl — is eigendom van of in licentie gegeven aan In Galop. Uitsluitend persoonlijk, niet-commercieel gebruik is toegestaan.
8. Beschikbaarheid
Wij streven naar betrouwbare beschikbaarheid maar kunnen geen ononderbroken toegang garanderen. Tijdelijke onderbrekingen kunnen optreden voor onderhoud, updates of technische redenen.
9. Aansprakelijkheidsbeperking
Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan is In Galop niet aansprakelijk voor onderbrekingen, problemen bij derden of misbruik. Wettelijke consumentenrechten blijven van kracht.
10. Toepasselijk recht
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing, tenzij dwingende consumentenbeschermingswetten in uw land anders bepalen.
