In Galop may offer a free trial so families can explore before choosing Premium. This policy explains how trials, subscriptions, payments, and refunds work.
1. Free Trial
New families may access a free trial to explore In Galop before committing to Premium. Duration and conditions will be clearly communicated before activation.
2. Premium Access
After the trial, continued access to premium features requires an active subscription. Without Premium, your account remains available but learning activities will be restricted.
3. How to Purchase
- Apple App Store — managed via your Apple ID
- Google Play Store — managed via your Google account
- In Galop website — via Stripe, iDEAL, or other supported methods
4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions may automatically renew. Price, period, and renewal conditions are clearly shown before purchase.
5. Cancelling
- Apple: Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Google: Google Play → Subscriptions
- Website: Your In Galop account settings or contact us
Cancelling stops future renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Refunds
- Apple purchases: Handled by Apple's refund process
- Google purchases: Handled by Google's refund process

4. Automatische verlenging
Abonnementen kunnen automatisch worden verlengd. Prijs, looptijd en verlengingsvoorwaarden worden duidelijk getoond vóór aankoop.
5. Opzeggen

Opzeggen stopt toekomstige verlenging. Toegang loopt door tot het einde van de betaalde periode.
6. Terugbetalingen
