Abonnement & Terugbetaling
Families may create an In Galop account and explore their existing pony world without an active subscription. New learning activities require an active trial, promotional entitlement, or subscription. This policy explains how access, trials, subscriptions, payments, and refunds work.
1. Free Trial
When the annual Google Play plan includes a 7-day free trial, the parent explicitly starts that subscription in Google Play. No subscription fee is charged at the start of the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the annual subscription starts automatically at the price confirmed in Google Play.
2. Premium Access
Without an active entitlement, the family account remains available in read-only mode. Parents can view previous results and progress, and children can revisit their pony world, badges and collections. Starting new rides, exercises, tests, rewards or progression requires active access.
3. How to Purchase
- Apple App Store — managed via your Apple ID
- Google Play Store — managed via your Google account
- In Galop website — via Stripe, iDEAL, or other supported methods
4. Automatic Renewal
Google Play subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. For a 7-day annual trial, the annual plan starts automatically when the trial ends unless the parent cancels beforehand. Price, period and renewal conditions are shown in Google Play before confirmation.
5. Cancelling

Cancelling stops future renewal; it does not remove access immediately. Full learning access continues until the end of the current trial or paid period. After that, the account and historical child data remain visible in read-only mode.
6. Refunds

Gezinnen kunnen zonder actief abonnement een In Galop-account aanmaken en hun bestaande ponywereld bekijken. Voor nieuwe leeractiviteiten is een actieve proefperiode, actiecode of abonnement nodig. Dit beleid legt uit hoe toegang, proefperiodes, abonnementen, betalingen en terugbetalingen werken.
1. Gratis proefperiode
Wanneer het jaarlijkse Google Play-plan een gratis proefperiode van 7 dagen bevat, start de ouder dat abonnement bewust in Google Play. Bij de start van de proefperiode wordt geen abonnementsbedrag afgeschreven. Als niet vóór het einde wordt opgezegd, gaat het jaarabonnement automatisch in tegen de prijs die in Google Play is bevestigd.
2. Premium-toegang
Zonder actieve toegang blijft het gezinsaccount beschikbaar in alleen-lezenmodus. Ouders kunnen eerdere resultaten en voortgang bekijken en kinderen kunnen hun ponywereld, badges en verzamelingen blijven bezoeken. Nieuwe ritten, oefeningen, toetsen, beloningen en voortgang vereisen actieve toegang.

4. Automatische verlenging
Google Play-abonnementen worden automatisch verlengd tenzij ze worden opgezegd. Bij een jaarlijkse proefperiode van 7 dagen gaat het jaarplan automatisch in wanneer de proefperiode eindigt, tenzij de ouder vóór die tijd opzegt. Prijs, looptijd en verlengingsvoorwaarden worden vóór bevestiging in Google Play getoond.
5. Opzeggen

Opzeggen stopt alleen de toekomstige verlenging en beëindigt de toegang niet direct. Volledige leertoegang loopt door tot het einde van de lopende proef- of betaalde periode. Daarna blijven het account en historische kindgegevens zichtbaar in alleen-lezenmodus.
6. Terugbetalingen
