Behind In Galop are many hours of development, creativity, and care — from the ponies and stories to the learning activities, illustrations, and the digital world where children explore and grow. This policy explains what is protected and how our content may be used.
1. Ownership
All elements of In Galop are owned by or licensed to DC Enterprises, including:
- The In Galop name, logo, and branding
- Pony characters and illustrations
- Stories, adventures, and educational content
- Game concepts, mechanics, and user interface designs
- Animations and audio-visual elements
- Future books, cards, worksheets, and physical materials
These are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
2. What You May Do
Families may use In Galop for personal, non-commercial purposes — using the app, viewing content within it, and building in-app progress.
3. What You May Not Do
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute In Galop content
- Use characters, illustrations, or stories commercially
- Modify or create derivative works based on our content
- Use the In Galop name or branding for your own products
- Reproduce educational materials for commercial purposes
4. Feedback
When you voluntarily share feedback or suggestions, you permit us to use them to develop and improve In Galop. This does not create any rights over future features or developments.
5. Reporting Infringement
If you believe material in In Galop infringes your copyright or intellectual property, please contact us. We investigate all reports carefully.

2. Wat u mag doen
Gezinnen mogen In Galop gebruiken voor persoonlijk, niet-commercieel gebruik — de app gebruiken, inhoud bekijken en in-app voortgang opbouwen.
3. Wat u niet mag doen
Zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming is het niet toegestaan om:
- In Galop-inhoud te kopiëren, reproduceren of verspreiden
- Personages, illustraties of verhalen commercieel te gebruiken
- Afgeleide werken te maken op basis van onze inhoud
- De naam of huisstijl van In Galop te gebruiken voor eigen producten

4. Feedback
Wanneer u vrijwillig feedback of suggesties deelt, geeft u ons toestemming deze te gebruiken om In Galop te ontwikkelen en te verbeteren. Dit creëert geen rechten op toekomstige functies of ontwikkelingen.
5. Melding van inbreuk
